Exhausted Moms'
Cheat Code
You aren’t just ‘mom tired.’ It's a bone-deep exhaustion—the kind no amount of coffee or standard self-care can fix. Yet, even in the midst of relentless fatigue and a body that doesn’t cooperate, you still want to show up for your kids.
You didn’t sign up for this—chronic illness, unending exhaustion, the grief of watching your reality fall short of what you dreamed. That grief is valid. It’s fair.
But here’s the truth: your limitations don’t have to define the depth of connection or joy you share with your kids. Yes, those limits make things look different, but different doesn’t mean less.
The Exhausted Moms' Cheat Code is here to help you feel sure of your parenting again. It’s a guide to showing up in ways that honor your body’s unique needs while helping your children thrive. Because whether bedridden, homebound, or needing accommodations for every outing, you can still foster a healthy secure attachment with your kids through creative connection, fun, and delight that they'll carry with them for a lifetime.

You deserve to *enjoy* your children's childhood alongside them. You are worth the accommodations and pivots that make fun feel easy and attainable, leaving you smiling over core memories of connection and play - not harboring secret guilt, shame, or "not enough" stories.
Let's throw those out for good. Embrace The Exhausted Moms' Cheat Code to create a life of happy moms, joyful kids, and the empowered intentional parenting you've wanted.
My Story
When I was a teen I could push through anything and I was damn proud of it! I slept a max of 4 hours on any given week night, often making do with 2 or 3. I lived entirely on energy drinks and chocolate, and somehow managed to work full-time and graduate with over a 4.0 GPA. The downside? I was so dissociated from my needs that it never occurred to me how much my hustle was rooted in avoidance. I was completely disconnected from my body and distraction was my only pastime. I ignored depression and anxiety by keeping myself so busy I couldn't think straight. For a time.
As my body demanded to be seen and heard I experienced depression, anxiety, panic attacks, migraines, adrenal fatigue, hypoglycemia, food intolerances to more and more, and eventually POTS symptoms that had me unstable on my feet and afraid to carry my toddler up the stairs because I might pass out. I finally got my ADHD diagnosed and learned my constant joint injuries were probably related to EDS. As time went on aches and pain in my body became standard. Walking or standing for too long hurt, and there were days I just couldn't "perform." Some days I'd lay in bed with an icepack on my eyes, other days I'd spend the majority of my day sitting under a heated blanket on the couch. Neither of these were what I thought my motherhood would look like. I'm sure you can relate to that harsh realization.
Here's the thing - I'm not here to try to heal your chronic illnesses. That's someone else's specialty and I won't pretend I know more than your team. What I'm here to convey is that YOU CAN STILL have a loving, fun, connected, and joyful relationship with your kids even on your most disabled days.

You didn't stop being a cycle breaker when your body changed its communication style with you. You just need new tools, strategies, and approaches to be successful. I've spent 8 years 1:1 coaching Moms in your shoes, 12 years wearing those shoes myself, and the past few months slowly creating this course for the Exhausted Moms who need a Cheat Code so they can feel sure of themselves again.

Choosing you, choosing your kids, choosing to create the home you desire despite your challenges - that's REAL cycle-breaking. That's bravery and grit unlike most people will ever know. I'm already proud of you and I'm excited to watch your resilience and dedication take The Cheat Code and work Magic in your home.
You don't have to do this alone. Let's start today!
